David's Testimony

I'm no different than anyone else raised in the southeast. Born in the late 50's raised in a mill-hill trailer-park.I was T.P.T. (trailer park trash). The only thing we had a lot of was BEER, and fights. Dad being 6'6" 420 and a patch holder of a national club, he kept the peace one way or another. Mom took us to church some but God was not in Dad's plan for me or my kid brother. My brother patched with a different national club after our fathers death. Me I never patched with anyone. I had things all worked out my self. I didn't need any help from anyone. I became the fixer. No matter what you wanted or needed, come to Taz and he would fix it. With all the fixing. I was still missing something. I was always alone. I kept trying to fill that empty spot with THINGS. A faster car a better bike a prettier woman or a bigger truck. After 2 bad marriages and a 3rd on the rocks, 4 kids and now a run in with the law, my fixing has come to a stop. On Sept-11-03 my 46 birthday I was sentenced to 25 years at SCDC. As it turned out to be the best birthday present of my life. I had lost All. All my family, friends and my THINGS, gone. Having nothing and being alone still. I cryied out "Help Me Lord" and that was the start of great things. The Lord put Christian brothers in my path to help me understand that there is a greater plan for my life. On Feb 22 04 I excepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and at that moment I was no longer alone! THINGS didn't matter any more. I know Love, true Love of Jesus Christ. The truth is I was never alone, Jesus was always with me. I see that now as I look back. It took being torn down to see. This prison time is a small price to pay for what I Recieved, Eternal Life. Amen
David G. "Taz"

Tommy's Testimony

I had been saved when I was 12 but I thought all I had to do was say the prayer and keep living any way I wanted. Everytime someone said, "Are you saved?", I'd say yes. That's how much the devil decieved me. God has done wonders in my life, including delivering me from drugs and partying. He also had the court system to let me plea to a lesser charge. God knew this was the Only way I would listen. If I could go back and change anything I wouldn't. Please don't let your life go this far before you look where you're at with God! It might be to late! "Today is the day of salvation."
